South Africa Conference Venue
The main hall of this South African conference venue (270m² in
total) is made up of three sub-halls, each of which can operate independently
or together via a touch-screen control system. (11m x 7.6 m each)
High quality, strategically placed equipment has been
installed in the 3 sub-halls and all systems have been integrated and
configured to maximize performance and enhance aesthetic qualities.
- Wall-mounted presentation speakers
- Motorised 2.5m x 1.m screens working in sequence with the
audio system
- Motorised window blinds (open & close in conjunction with
chosen audio-visual setting)
- High-resolution projectors

The system has been designed to maximise ease of use and
functionality, with simple plug-in and play options for all presentation needs.
Custom designed floor panels have been installed into all 3
sub-halls with connections for computers and other electronic equipment. A
conference one delegate microphone system is available for each sub-hall.

The convention centre has its own facilities and is equipped
with

- Ordinary & wheelchair-friendly toilets
These are all easily accessible in the main building of the
convention center as well as alongside the breakaway rooms.
Each of the 3 breakaway rooms are 5.5m x 4m in size and are
able to accommodate 15 delegates comfortably.
